Job Description: The Part-Time 3K Teacher supports a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that encourages a love for learning and exploration. Working with the Lead Teacher, this position assists in delivering developmentally appropriate, play-based activities including art, stories, music, movement, and structured play.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Responsibilities include active supervision of children, assisting with daily routines such as transitions and lunch, and supporting children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. The position follows Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards. The 3K Teacher maintains positive relationships with children, families, and staff, and may assist with 4K programming as needed.
