Responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory driving growth across advanced NDT inspection services, including Digital Radiography (DR), Computed Tomography (CT), and asset integrity solutions. Builds & manages relationships with current customers, identifies new customers and develops relationships. Owns the full customer lifecycle from opportunity identification through execution and account expansion. Performs all sales functions in assigned territory:
Identify and secure new customers, develop pipeline, and convert opportunities into inspection service contracts and recurring agreements. Focus around key inspection applications and scale opportunities.
Own forecasting, CRM accuracy, pipeline tracking, pricing, and contract negotiations.
10+ years in NDT, inspection services, or technical B2B sales. Strong knowledge of DR, CT, and industrial inspection methods. Proven hunter and farmer capabilities.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATIONS
Strategic and key account selling (End User IMAGING SERVICES/Varex Segments: NDT &Industrial: Oil and Gas, Aero, Power Gen, Metals & Castings)
Business acumen, including understanding of customer and project/job economics (P&L, EBITDA, and costing), technical expertise, and competitive yet collaborative inclusive team player
Experience Level with Business Tools
