2nd Shift – Sorter
Location: Cocoa, FL
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM
Note: Saturdays may be required, so be prepared to work 6 days per week.
Overview:
Our client is seeking dependable individuals to work as Sorters in their recycling and processing plant. No prior experience required—just the willingness to show up and do the work.
Requirements:
- Prior sorting or trash thrower experience is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift
- Consent to a background check and drug screen
- Must have reliable transportation (no nearby bus routes)
PPE Required:
- Steel-toed 6-inch boots
- Long pants and long sleeves (no rips/tears)
- No loose-fitting clothing or long-hanging jewelry
- All other PPE provided on-site
