- Earn .60–.70 CPM (depending on lane)
- ALL miles paid — loaded & empty
- Plus accessorial pay + per diem
What You Can Expect
- $85K–$100K/year + weekly pay
- 2,300–2,600 miles/week average
- Top drivers running 3,000+ miles
- Home time: 1–2 weeks out (lane dependent)
- Consistent miles — even when freight slows
- $1,800 Paid Orientation
- Late-model trucks (under 5 years old)
- Running the Western 11
- Straightforward dispatch — no games

Requirements
- CDL-A
- 12+ months OTR experience
- 12+ months flatbed experience

- Minimum age of 21
- Must have a valid CDL-A commercial driver’s license
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- At least 12 months of Regional or OTR Flatbed experience is needed
- Must have Flatbed experience within the last 3 years
Wage Range: 0.60 - 0.70 per mile
