Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a busy bar or restaurant and possess a strong background in customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections.
- Process orders efficiently using Aloha POS or similar systems.
- Assist in managing inventory by tracking supplies and placing orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash register.
- Uphold responsible serving practices, ensuring guests are of legal drinking age and monitoring alcohol consumption.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender is required
- Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.57 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
