We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) / Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our growing team. This is a flexible part-time opportunity for a licensed professional who is passionate about improving patients’ quality of life through better hearing solutions.
The ideal candidate will provide hearing care services, including evaluations, hearing aid fittings, programming, follow-ups, and patient education.

Position: Hearing Instrument Specialist / Hearing Aid Dispenser

Location: Local patient visits / In-home hearing care

Responsibilities:
- Perform hearing screenings and comprehensive hearing evaluations.
- Recommend appropriate hearing solutions based on patient needs.
- Fit, program, and adjust hearing devices.
- Educate patients on hearing aid use, care, and maintenance.
- Provide follow-up support, troubleshooting, and device adjustments.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
- Provide convenient in-home hearing services when required.
- Ensure a positive and professional patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey Hearing Instrument Specialist license required.
- Experience with hearing assessments and hearing aid technology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patient-focused approach with excellent customer service abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for patient appointments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
