Job Summary
Sell new and used Powersports equipment and accessories. Work with new and existing customers. Additional responsibilities are outlined below.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Represents the company for the sale of products to customers
- Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all products offered for sale
- Must be able to operate all equipment that is offered for sale by the dealership
- Maintains all customer information for sales management, monitoring trends in customer business activity
- Knows and follows a defined sales process
- Assists with the preparation and execution of customer events
- Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
- Attends applicable sales training events/seminars
- Possess current knowledge of used equipment values to evaluate properly for trading purposes
Position Qualifications
- 2+ years of equipment sales experience (preferably within the Powersports industry)
- Knowledge of Powersports products required
- Passion for Powersports products and activities
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must have or be willing to obtain a motorcycle license within 30 days of beginning employment
