Professional Engineer (PE) – Pressure Vessels & Storage Tanks
A growing industrial fabrication company is seeking a Professional Engineer (PE) to lead design and engineering efforts for pressure vessels, storage tanks, and heavy industrial equipment across energy, chemical, and municipal projects.
What You’ll Do:

Lead design & analysis for ASME pressure vessels and API storage tanks

Establish project design criteria from specs, contracts, and customer requirements

Perform/review calculations and approve engineering documents

Oversee drafting teams and review fabrication drawings for accuracy & constructability
-
Ensure compliance with ASME, API, AWWA, and applicable codes
-
Provide hands-on support to fabrication and field teams (troubleshooting, modifications, etc.)

Collaborate with PMs, inspectors, and clients to drive project success
What You Bring:

Active PE license (PA preferred or ability to obtain)

5+ years in pressure vessels, tank design, or heavy industrial equipment
-
Strong knowledge of ASME Section VIII and/or API 650
-
Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, and engineering calculations
