The Role:
As a Senior Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the success of our customer interactions, leading the charge in providing an exceptional customer experience.
In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will lead and mentor a team, helping them achieve their full potential. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the direction of our customer service approach, ensuring we maintain our reputation as a trusted brand in the dermatology and esthetic industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Customer Success Specialists to drive high performance and efficiency.
- Manage quotations, order entries, and returns to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Provide expertise in product recommendations, helping customers select the best skincare solutions for their needs.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Track and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of training materials to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-level customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Leadership experience is strongly preferred
- SAP or Salesforce experience is preferred
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong prioritization skills
