3rd Shift - Maintenance Technician Details:
-
Direct Hire position
-
$35.00 to $41.00 /hour
-
Third Shift
-
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment
-
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
-
Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
-
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
-
Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, gearboxes, presses, and automated systems
-
Perform welding, fabrication, and basic machining as needed
-
Inspect equipment and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA standards
-
Document maintenance activities in CMMS or maintenance logs
-
Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and process improvements
-
Support production teams during breakdowns and changeovers
3rd Shift - Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED requiredAssociate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field preferred
-
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (steel or heavy manufacturing preferred)
-
Electrical systems (motors, drives, PLC basics)
-
Mechanical systems (bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics)
-
Ability to use hand tools, diagnostic tools, and precision measuring equipment
-
Welding and fabrication experience preferred
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment
