The Opportunity
We’re looking for a part-time Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist who’s passionate about movement, recovery, and helping others reach their full physical potential. If you’re trained in exercise science and want to build a meaningful, long-term career in integrative care, we’d love to meet you.
This is a unique and hands-on role within our rehabilitation department — perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive, team-based setting and wants to make a daily difference in people’s lives.
What You’ll Do
- Guide patients through customized movement-based rehab for both acute and chronic conditions
- Apply evidence-based exercise science to promote functional recovery
- Administer therapeutic modalities to support healing and mobility
- Educate and inspire patients throughout their wellness journey
- Work alongside chiropractors and other wellness professionals
- Help maintain a calm, clean, and welcoming rehab space
What You Bring
- A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or a related field
- Clinical experience working with musculoskeletal concerns
- A solid understanding of biomechanics, physiology, and injury prevention
- A warm, patient-centered approach with strong communication skills
- A desire to keep learning, growing, and contributing to a bigger mission
Bonus if you also bring:
- Certification in personal training or corrective exercise
- Experience with soft tissue therapies or passive modalities
- Motivational interviewing or behavior-change coaching skills
