The Moment
Six trampoline parks across Ohio are changing: a fully rebranded, a multi-million-dollar renovation of every park, and three grand-reopening weekends this October. New attractions, new brand, new website, new everything. We need one organized, creative, relentlessly reliable person to run the day-to-day marketing engine while it all happens and thereafter.
The Role
You are the hands of a marketing system that is already designed. You'll work from clear weekly playbooks — content calendars, campaign briefs, checklists, and drafted copy are provided — and your job is excellent, fast, consistent execution across six parks. You'll spend some of your time in parks (mostly Columbus, with regular Dayton and Cleveland days) and the bulk running our marketing tools remotely. You report directly to the owner and Director of Operations with a structured weekly check-in. You will never wonder what to do on Monday morning.
What You'll Own
Content creation in the parks.
- Shoot short-form photo and video in our parks every week — real kids, real parties, real staff, new attractions (you'll be great with a phone camera; we'll supply gear and shot lists).
- Capture grand-opening weekends, events, glow nights, and toddler-time moments.
Social media, six locations.
- Schedule and publish posts across each park's Facebook/Instagram (and TikTok) from our calendar: your content, influencer content, and provided creative.
- Community management: reply to comments and DMs, flag issues to the right park GM.
Reviews and local listings (SOCi).
- Own our SOCi review dashboard: monitor reviews across all six parks daily, publish responses (AI-drafted, human-checked — that's you), and escalate anything serious same-day.
- Keep Google Business Profiles alive and accurate: weekly posts, fresh photos, Q&A answers, correct hours and holiday updates for every park.
Email & SMS (Patch).
- Build and send campaigns in Patch from provided briefs and copy: weekly sends, birthday and win-back automations, party follow-ups, membership campaigns.
- Keep lists, segments, and automations tidy; report what worked.
Influencers and creators.
- Be the day-to-day contact for our local parent creators and our influencer agency: schedule visits, host them in-park, chase deliverables, log usage rights, and route their best content into our channels and ads.
Local & community marketing.
- Work with park GMs to run the school, PTO, daycare, camp, and youth-sports outreach program from our kits: field trips, fundraiser nights, spirit nights, team events. You help keep the pipeline full and the calendar booked.
- Represent us at chamber events and community moments; coordinate ribbon cuttings and grand-opening logistics with park GMs.
- Keep flyers, party collateral, and in-park signage stocked and current (we design; you deploy).
Reporting.
- Maintain the weekly scoreboard: review volume and ratings by park, social growth, email/SMS results, group-event pipeline. Fifteen minutes a week, from templates.
What Makes You Right for This
- 2-4 years in marketing, social media, or content....or a portfolio that proves you don't need the years!
- You shoot and edit short-form video like a native (CapCut/Reels/TikTok); Canva is second nature.
- You write clean, warm, correct English quickly — captions, review replies, emails.
- Organized to a fault: six parks, zero dropped balls.
- Self-directed with a playbook: you don't need supervision, you need a checklist and a deadline.
- Reliable car and willingness to travel across Ohio every couple weeks (mileage reimbursed); occasional daytime Saturdays around events and openings — that's when parks are alive.
- Comfortable around kids, parents, and hourly park teams. You like being in the building.
- Bonus points: Google Business Profile experience, any email/SMS platform, retail/hospitality/FEC background, photography chops.
Pay, Perks, Logistics
- $50,000–$65,000 depending on experience, full-time.
- Free All-Parks family membership

- Based in the Columbus area.
