Life Insurance Agent – Entry Level & Licensed Professionals Welcome
We’re seeking motivated, coachable, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Life Insurance Agents. Whether you’re already licensed or interested in becoming licensed, we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to help you build a rewarding career.
In this role, you’ll meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals, educate them on life insurance solutions, and help them select coverage that aligns with their needs. Success in this position comes from building trust, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
Meet with prospective clients virtually and/or in person.
Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
Educate clients on available products and financial protection strategies.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Follow up with leads and referrals in a timely, professional manner.
Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
