What You'll Do
- Greet customers promptly with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Schedule service appointments and write repair orders.
- Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
- Review completed repairs with customers and explain invoices.
- Help customers prioritize needed maintenance without pressure.
- Build trust that creates repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
- Work closely with the sales, parts, and service teams to provide an outstanding dealership experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive service advisor or dealership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
