Position: Part-Time Driver

Split shift schedule required
Typical shift times:
Morning: 5:30 AM – 7:30 AM
Afternoon: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Drivers whose assigned routes do not meet the two-hour shift minimum will still be paid for a full two hours. Additional driving opportunities may be available between shifts based on company needs.
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Camden Logistics is seeking dependable and professional part-time drivers to support student transportation and premium transportation services. This position is ideal for individuals who are professional, safety-focused, and comfortable interacting with students, families, clients, and passengers. Drivers must be flexible with split-shift scheduling and committed to maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
This role is a great fit for drivers currently working with services like Uber, Lyft, or DoorDash who are looking for more consistent scheduled work, as well as retirees seeking flexible part-time opportunities that keep them active and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school
- Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation services
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service with all passengers
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Keep vehicles clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
- Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or delays promptly
- Support additional transportation services as needed
Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR required)

Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

Reliable transportation to and from the company office.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous professional driving experience preferred

Experience working with children or student transportation preferred

Experience with luxury transportation or executive transportation services preferred

Knowledge of the Orlando metro area and surrounding communities preferred
