Morristown, NJ | Fully Onsite | Contract (6-9 months)
Pay Rate: $40–$50/hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Morristown, NJ. This contract position will support recruiting efforts for both corporate and retail positions, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and building talent pipelines.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies based on business needs.
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, social media, networking, referrals, college recruiting, and job fairs.
- Review resumes and conduct in-depth candidate interviews.
- Recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Build relationships with community organizations and agencies to develop diverse talent pipelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
- Keep recruiting activity and candidate information up to date in the ATS.
- Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates.
- Coordinate and ensure completion of required background checks.
- 5–7+ years of recruiting and/or sales-related experience.
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Strong corporate recruiting experience is highly preferred; financial services recruiting experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to source candidates using multiple recruiting methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
