Ritual Massage and Bodywork is seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our multidisciplinary wellness team.

We work with clients from all walks of life and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels safe, seen, and supported. Our services range from medical and motor vehicle accident massage to lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, craniosacral, and more. We love highlighting our therapists’ unique specialties and are always open to adding new modalities that align with your skills and passions.
You’ll be working alongside in-house chiropractors and acupuncturists to support clients holistically and collaboratively.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an LMT with at least three years of experience who brings magnetic energy, kindness, and professionalism to their work. The ideal candidate takes a nervous-system-first approach and has a strong understanding of anatomy, combined with the technical skills to support clients with complex issues.
We currently have a full client list ready as one of our practitioners steps back, so you’ll be stepping into an established, thriving practice.
If you’re already credentialed with PacificSource or Regence, that’s a huge plus! If not, we’re happy to help guide you through the credentialing process for the right fit.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, professional massage services (especially Deep Tissue)
- Customize each session based on individual client needs and treatment goals
- Create thoughtful treatment plans for ongoing care
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
- Support clinic cleanliness and shared space maintenance
- Efficiently handle checkouts, rebookings, and post-session care recommendations
Preferred Modalities
Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Craniosacral, Prenatal, Sports Massage, Somatics, or related areas of interest

- Independent Contractor position (part-time or full-time)
- Any additional TIPS
- 40% commission on all treatments, including motor vehicle accident cases
- 10% retail commission
- $200 annual continuing education reimbursement
