Kalkaska Little Caesars is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced food service industry while providing excellent customer service. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards, ensuring quality and consistency
- Assist with taking customer orders both in-person and via drive-thru
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including kitchen and dining spaces
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Provide friendly, prompt service to all customers, addressing questions or concerns professionally
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or equipment
