We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented person to oversee cooler inventory operations and ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and making sure quality standards are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels within the cooler.
- Receive, Inspect, Display and properly organize incoming products.
- Take routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor product rotation and ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized cooler environment.
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Support sales staff with order processing and packing of orders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Start time 7:00 am
- Floral Knowledge a plus.
