Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing personalized assistance to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Supervise front desk staff, including training on hotel management systems, phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and customer service protocols.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met swiftly.
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, verify billing accuracy, and prepare reports for management review.
- Implement and uphold hotel policies related to guest services, safety procedures, and hospitality standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest services best practices.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve an international clientele effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional phone etiquette approach.
- Experience with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is essential.
- Ability to handle night audit responsibilities accurately while maintaining composure during busy periods.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
