Compensation:
$17 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Ensure accurate and timely completion of nightly financial reports and balance sheets, maintaining the integrity of our accounting records.

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during nighttime hours, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance guest satisfaction.

Monitor and manage hotel security systems, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any immediate guest needs or facility issues.

Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Maintain a detailed log of nightly activities and incidents, providing clear communication for the day team.

Assist in preparing and setting up breakfast service, ensuring a smooth transition for the morning shift staff and guests alike.
Qualifications:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work as part of a team and be a self-starter.
Ability to multitask and remain collected under pressure.
Highly detail-oriented, particularly with numbers.
Desire to provide excellent service to each guest regardless of the situation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A minimum high school diploma or GED is required.
At least one (1) year of Hotel Front Desk experience is required. At least one (1) year of Food & Beverage night audit experience is preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Opera (PMS), and Aloha (POS) is preferred.
