The Crazy Corn Maze is looking for Certified EMT's to respond to medical emergencies and deliver patient care, support, and evaluation in a pre-hospital setting, and monitoring patrons throughout the attraction. This generally includes assessing the patient, determining the proper emergency care, and administering treatment. In addition, must enforce policies and procedures, Assist patrons with questions or directions and keep the front end clean and orderly.
In addition to being at least 18 years old, having a high school diploma or equivalent, and being CPR certified, EMTs must have an EMT certification. The best EMTs perform well under pressure and in high-stress environments.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Current EMT certification/license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of practice
- Ability to bend, pull, push, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Demonstrated ability to implement clinical care in accordance with outlined policies and procedures
- Ability to exercise sound judgment while working in a stressful environment
- Must work a minimum of 4 nights a week including a Friday or Saturday
