Are you someone who enjoys creating an exceptional customer experience while keeping a retail boutique running smoothly? Southern Belles is looking for a motivated, dependable, and organized Boutique Manager to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday. From assisting bridal customers and processing inventory to overseeing staff and ensuring the boutique looks its best, you'll play a key role in the daily success of our locally owned boutique.

Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time position
- Starting pay: Approximately $20.00 per hour
- Opportunity for an increase based on performance

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with bridal gowns, pageant wear, boutique merchandise, gifts, and specialty items
- Process and organize incoming inventory
- Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays
- Assist with off-the-rack bridal sales and special orders
- Coordinate customer appointments and meet-ups
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Help supervise and support store staff
- Maintain and update online business listings, including Google Business Profile and Apple Maps
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment, including light cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping
- Support additional day-to-day operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous bridal, pageant, boutique, fashion, or specialty retail experience is highly preferred
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred
- Must maintain a professional attitude and professional appearance at all times
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable using computers and online business tools
- Reliable, dependable, and professional

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
