Salary Range: $220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Proven track record of managing insurance books and driving new business.
Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage.
Strong comfort level with public speaking and networking within the local community.
Advanced proficiency in agency management software.
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff members.
Lead the development and execution of our local sales strategies to expand our presence in the Lewiston region.
Nurture and grow existing client relationships by acting as their primary advocate and insurance expert.
Oversee the daily operations of the agency to ensure every client interaction is handled with care and precision.
Identify gaps in coverage and proactively suggest solutions that bring true peace of mind to our policyholders.
Collaborate with community leaders to raise awareness of our mission and service capabilities.
Train and support newer agents, sharing your experience to help them succeed in their own professional journeys.
