JOB TITLE: Night Custodian Supervisor
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor
SUPERVISES: Night Custodians
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To supervise and maintain the classrooms and offices of the school in a condition of operating excellence so that full educational use of them may be made at all times.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follows designated cleaning procedures and processes for night cleaning of classrooms while maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness and efficiency.

Maintains an inventory and recommends purchase of suitable supplies, tools, and equipment.

Strives constantly to promote the safety, health, and comfort of the students and employees.

Is able to create, learn, and follow work schedules and procedures.

Shows ability to carry out oral and written instructions.

Is congenial in dealings with the public, students, and fellow employees; works cooperatively.

Reports to Principal and Maintenance Supervisor any problems encountered.

Works well with others, operates in a supervisory capacity, and efficiently organizes use of time.

Is able to seek out jobs that need to be done without having to be specifically directed.

Must be over 18 years of age.

Must be able to work until 7:00 P.M. nightly.

Performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
