Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Restaurant Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services in a fine dining environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred, along with a strong background in food service and guest relations. Candidates should possess excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Prior experience in fine dining or hospitality settings is highly desirable to deliver superior customer service.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or upscale venues
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous
- Experience in guest services, serving, or host/host roles is beneficial
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell effectively and build guest relations
- Ability to manage time efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining high-quality service standards.
