We are looking for a quality inspector with at least 5 years’ experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with complex machined parts and first article reports. This position will operate a CMM and inspect parts using manual methods and record measurements on computer spreadsheets.
Qualifications include:
- Knowledge of manual measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, optical comparator, height gage and surface plate, thread and pin gages...)
- CMM experience preferred
- Interpret blueprints per MIL and ANSI specs
- Understand GD&T
- AS9100
- CQI certification a plus
- Good understanding of computers to document inspection results
