LCI-Lineberger Construction Inc., located in Lancaster, SC, is hiring Dump Truck Drivers for heavy highway and civil construction work in South Carolina. We are looking for experienced, reliable drivers who understand the importance of safety, communication, and keeping material moving efficiently to and from the jobsite.
Applicants must have a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), a current DOT medical card, and be able to operate a manual transmission dump truck. This position supports roadway, grading, site development, and infrastructure projects, so candidates must be comfortable working around heavy equipment, uneven terrain, traffic control zones, and changing weather conditions.
What We Need:

Valid CDL: Must hold a current Commercial Driver’s License appropriate for operating dump trucks in South Carolina.

Manual Transmission Experience: Must be able to safely and confidently operate a manual transmission dump truck.

DOT Medical Card: Must have a current DOT medical card and maintain eligibility to operate commercial vehicles in accordance with applicable regulations.

Construction Environment Experience: Experience hauling dirt, stone, asphalt, millings, or other construction materials on heavy highway or civil projects is strongly preferred.

Safe Driving Practices: Must follow DOT requirements, jobsite safety rules, traffic control measures, and company procedures at all times.

Equipment Awareness: Able to inspect the truck daily, identify basic maintenance or safety concerns, and communicate issues promptly.

Dependability: Show up on time, ready to work, and support the crew with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude.

Physical / Work Conditions: Must be able to work long hours as needed, including early mornings, and handle outdoor jobsite conditions in all seasons.
