- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls.
- Manage delinquent customer accounts.
- Negotiate payment arrangements.
- Recover outstanding balances.
- Update account records.
- Verify customer information.
- Explain customer agreements and contract obligations.
- Utilize skip tracing tools.
- Investigate account discrepancies.
- Work across multiple servicing platforms.
- Ensure compliance with FDCPA and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments.
- Support legal recovery processes when required.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Minimum two years of collections experience.
- Working knowledge of FDCPA regulations.
- Ability to type 30+ WPM.
- Computer proficiency.
