$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS – Intervention Specialist (Full-Time)
We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist to join our team and support students with diverse learning, emotional, and physical needs. The Intervention Specialist will design and implement I.E.P.s, provide small-group instruction, and use tailored strategies to help every student succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement I.E.P.s in collaboration with parents and staff
- Adapt lessons and strategies to meet individual student needs
- Provide instruction in literacy, math, communication, and life skills
- Foster positive behavior through reinforcement and structure
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
- Partner with families and professionals to support student growth
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (required)
- Current Special Education Licensure (preferred)
- Passion for helping students with mild, moderate, or severe disabilities reach their full potential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
