The Floater General Manager is responsible for providing short-term leadership across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational stability, strong guest experience, and financial performance. This role steps into restaurants facing staffing gaps, performance challenges, or leadership transitions and quickly establishes structure, accountability, and standards.
Unlike a traditional General Manager, the Floater GM is expected to rapidly assess conditions, implement corrective actions, and transition the restaurant back to stability while supporting long-term leadership success.

Qualifications
-
35+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fastcasual preferred)
-
Prior General Manager or Acting GM experience strongly preferred

Strong operational knowledge (labor, inventory, food safety, P&L fundamentals)

Ability to lead and motivate teams in fastpaced environments

Proven ability to problem solve and make timely decisions

Multiunit or multilocation experience

Experience stabilizing underperforming locations
