Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require attention.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general inquiries, and help to support an orderly environment for patients, guests, and healthcare personnel.

Observe and report changes in activity, assist with de-escalation when appropriate, and follow Allied Universal protocols for incident reporting, communication, and post orders.
Minimum Requirements:

Hospital vaccination requirements must be met.

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
-
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.
-
CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
