Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in various medical settings.
Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, and report changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Experience in acute care, inpatient, or hospice palliative medicine preferred
- Proficiency in acute pain management and standards of nursing practice
- Knowledge of health coaching principles
- Familiarity with Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems
- Specialized skills in senior care, esthetic laser treatment, infant care, and acute care
