Full-time (1.0 FTE), 7.5-hour day, 10-month, school calendar position
These positions are to care for the medical needs of students placed in a BOCES classroom located in a special education host site program. Assistance with all medical aspects of the student's day expected.
- The employee must possess a valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse license and be physically able and willing to meet the needs of the students
- Dispensing medications
- Completing medical paperwork
- Assist students in medical crises
- Follows medical protocol
- Other duties as assigned.
