Daytime Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment during daytime hours
- Manage and supervise staff members in various departments, including bartending, food production, banquet, and catering
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with other managers and departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train and develop new employees
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of bartending, food production, banquet, hotel, catering, and coffee operations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
- Flexibility to work daytime shifts, including weekends and holidays
