Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Harmony Care at Stamford, a long-term care facility that provides a warm and inviting environment for our residents. As an LVN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure our residents receive the best possible attention.
Key Responsibilities:
Administers and records medications and treatments
Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals
Perform other job-related duties as they become required
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Valid LVN license in the state of Texas
CPR certification
Experience in long-term care or a related setting a plus
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
