Seasonal Experienced Sign Installer, Potential Long-Term Position
Signarama Roswell is hiring an experienced Sign Installer for seasonal work with the potential to become a long-term position.
We are looking for someone who can confidently install a wide range of commercial signs, work safely in the field, communicate clearly with the team, and represent our company well on job sites.
This is not an entry-level position. The right person has hands-on sign installation experience and understands how to work with ladders, lifts, tools, hardware, substrates, measurements, site conditions, and customer expectations.
This position may be a good fit for someone looking for seasonal work now, with the possibility of a more permanent role based on experience, reliability, workload, and team fit.
Responsibilities
Install a variety of interior and exterior signs, including wall signs, dimensional letters, panels, post and panel signs, ADA signs, window graphics, banners, vinyl graphics, monument panels, and other commercial signage
Install both illuminated and non-illuminated signage when applicable
Review work orders, proofs, measurements, site photos, and install notes before arriving on site
Confirm placement, spacing, level, hardware, and site conditions before installation
Safely use ladders, lifts, power tools, drills, anchors, templates, and installation equipment
Work with common sign materials, including aluminum, acrylic, PVC, ACM, vinyl, HDU, dimensional letters, and other substrates
Take accurate measurements and site photos when needed
Identify field issues and communicate them clearly before moving forward
Assist with basic troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and sign removals as needed
Protect customer property and leave job sites clean and professional
Upload completed photos and notes after installation
Work with production, sales, and project management to keep jobs moving
Follow company safety standards at all times
Requirements
Previous sign installation experience required
Ability to install signs independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working on ladders and lifts
Experience using hand tools, power tools, anchors, fasteners, templates, and installation hardware
Basic understanding of mounting methods, wall conditions, substrates, and exterior installation challenges
Ability to read proofs, layouts, measurements, and job notes
Strong attention to detail and clean workmanship
Good problem-solving skills in the field
Professional communication with customers and team members
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Ability to lift and carry sign materials, tools, and equipment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Preferred Experience
Bucket truck or lift experience
Electrical sign installation experience
Basic low-voltage or illuminated sign troubleshooting experience
Vinyl installation experience
Site survey experience
Experience installing channel letters, routed signs, monument signs, and architectural signage
Schedule
Seasonal position with potential for long-term employment
Monday through Friday
Hours may vary based on install schedule and workload
Occasional overtime or adjusted hours may be needed
Compensation
Pay is based on experience and skill level.
