STS Staffing is hiring Baby Registry Experts to provide in-store baby registry consultations for major national retailer guests in select locations.
This is a flexible opportunity designed for experienced parents and baby care professionals who enjoy helping families feel confident and prepared. You choose when and how often you make yourself available.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized baby registry consultations to expecting families
- Offer guidance on baby gear including car seats, strollers, sleep products, feeding essentials, and more
- Deliver supportive, professional, and friendly service
- Maintain a professional presence during appointments
Schedule
- In-store opportunities begin late March 2026 in select markets
- Availability varies by state and retailer location
- You control your availability
Qualifications
- Parent with firsthand baby registry experience or
- Experience supporting families in a baby-related role
- Doula, CPST, nanny, lactation consultant, baby planner, or similar background preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for helping families
Bonus: Familiarity with baby brands or registry platforms
Requirements
- Must complete an approved baby planning certification prior to scheduling appointments (complimentary virtual option available)
- Background check required
- Must be U.S.-based

This is an independent contractor (1099) position and is not employment. Participation is optional and non-exclusive.
