Position Details

- Employment Type: Full-Time (Rotating Weekends) & Part-Time

- Compensation: $24–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications safely and accurately as prescribed
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) as needed
- Monitor and document residents’ health and behavior
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with the healthcare team on personalized care plans
- Provide compassionate support to residents and their families
Qualifications
- Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in New Jersey (Required)
- 1–2 years experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR and First Aid certification (Preferred)
- Passion for providing high-quality, empathetic care
- Reliable, team-oriented, and dedicated to resident well-being
