Experienced Millwrights Only – Leadership Role
C R Conveying, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Construction Millwright Supervisor to lead crews on industrial conveyor and material handling projects.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in millwright work who can take ownership of job sites, lead crews effectively, and deliver high-quality results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage millwright crews on active job sites
- Read and execute blueprints with minimal oversight
- Coordinate rigging and installation of heavy equipment
- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every project
- Work hands-on while maintaining leadership of the crew
Minimum Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These)
- 10+ years of millwright experience
- Proven supervisor or crew leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel overnight (up to 10 days at a time)
- Ability to pass drug screen and physical
Preferred Skills
- Welding experience
- Advanced rigging experience
- Comfortable working at heights
