Job Description: Part-Time
At Jimelle Flooring, we are a family-owned business that believes in building relationships, creating excellent customer experiences, and helping customers love their homes. We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable individual to join our team as a Sales & Design Consultant.
This position is more than just sales — you’ll help customers through the entire process, from walking through our showroom to helping them select products, measuring their spaces, following up on estimates, and seeing projects through to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers who visit our showroom
- Help customers choose flooring and design options that fit their style and needs
- Conduct in-home measurements and provide flooring estimates
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with customer estimates and inquiries (follow-up is a major part of this role!)
- Actively pursue qualified leads
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Participate in networking opportunities and community events
- Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom environment
- Learn and use company software and systems
- Guide customers from initial contact through project completion
Qualifications:

- Ability to guide customers confidently through the sales process
- Passion for helping people create spaces they love
- Comfortable networking and building connections
- Active and comfortable using social media professionally
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability and willingness to learn new computer systems
- Previous sales, customer service, design, or flooring experience is helpful but not required
