Qualifications:
-
1+ year experience as a reservationist, lead host, or receptionist in a restaurant or hotel

Experience with OpenTable, Resy, and/or similar reservation systems
-
Poise and precision, with a natural inclination toward warmth and gracious hospitality

Ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers

Proficient with email communications and Microsoft Office

Full-time availability including weekdays/weekends desired
