We are growing, and we are looking for a seasoned Parts Manager to lead our parts department and keep our operation running at a high level.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced CDJR Parts Manager who knows the business inside and out. This is a leadership position responsible for the day to day operation of our parts department, from inventory and ordering to the counter and the team behind it. What You Will Do
- Manage and optimize parts inventory levels to support sales, service, and wholesale demand
- Control and reduce obsolescence through smart ordering, stocking guides, and return management
- Oversee the parts counter and ensure fast, accurate service for retail, wholesale, and internal customers
- Lead, train, and build a strong parts team focused on accountability and results
- Track gross, turn rates, fill rates, and other key metrics, then act on them
- Maintain strong relationships with the service department, sales department, and outside accounts
- Keep the department organized, compliant, and aligned with manufacturer standards
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager, ideally with CDJR or another franchise dealership
- Deep knowledge of parts inventory management and obsolescence control
- Hands on experience running a parts counter
- A track record of building and leading teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with dealership DMS and parts catalog systems
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range of $10,000 to $15,000 per month, depending on experience
- Sign on bonus available for the right candidate
- Full time, in person position

Pay: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
