Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide essential assistance to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living, long-term care, and be dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those in need.
Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications following prescribed schedules
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and observations
- Provide memory care support for patients with cognitive impairments
- Perform catheter care when necessary
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Experience
- Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care settings preferred
- Proficiency in medication administration and patient observation
- Knowledge of CPR techniques
- Ability to perform vital sign measurements accurately
