Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Home Improvement Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing a wide range of home repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general remodeling. Work will be done for both residential and commercial locations, for both interior and exterior general repairs and renovation/remodel projects.
MUST HAVE A TRUCK OR VEHICLE CAPABLE OF PULLING A 4'x8' TRAILER FOR GATHERING MATERIALS
Pay range: $25-$35/hr depending on skill set and experience
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve issues in residential settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Perform repairs and installations, such as drywall, flooring, fixtures, and appliances.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
- Interact professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage project timelines and communicate updates clearly to clients and team members.
- Maintain documented accounts of work done via completion photos and clock-in/clock-out times.
- Writing detailed, and legible, invoices to customers on completion of the work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in home improvement, maintenance, or construction.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and other trades.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team as needed.
- Willingness to work in exterior conditions as well as interior conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks that play to your strengths, while also growing your skill set in new skill areas.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
