Instructional Aide Subs Needed – School-Based, Flexible Per Diem Opportunities

In this role, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to assist students as directed.
- Help students with daily routines, classroom transitions, and overall classroom engagement.
- Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs when required.
- Support student mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment throughout the school day.
To qualify, candidates must:
- Hold a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old.
- Successfully complete a TB test per current school district requirements.
- Demonstrate the ability to stand, move around, and assist with lifting as necessary.
- Meet all required school and state background clearances, or be willing to obtain them before starting.
Preferred experience includes:
- Previous experience working with children in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare roles.
- Familiarity with supporting students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
- Training in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus, but not required.
- A dependable, patient, and collaborative approach.
