Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
- Overtime available after 40 hours
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building roof and floor trusses using lumber, tools, and production equipment
- Running an automated linear saw
- Stacking and organizing roof trusses
- Reading tape measures and following build instructions
- Handling materials and loading/unloading lumber as needed
- Working on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Following safety rules and being part of a production crew
- Using forklifts, saws, or staple guns. (we will train if needed)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attendance and work ethic
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- Able to read a tape measure
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Experience in carpentry, assembly, or manufacturing is helpful — not required
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
This is a hands-on, physical job where you’ll be working with lumber, power tools, and production equipment to help us build the structural components used in homes and buildings throughout Minnesota.
