Our business is growing and we need good, honest, caring people that have experience in HVAC work, but are looking for a better team, or a chance at growing into a leadership role. We want people who live and breath Berks County and have some experience in working with mostly residential heating and cooling equipment.
THIS JOB ROLE IS FOR AN INSTALLER + MAINTENANCE TECH: We need another guy who enjoys installing equipment and making everything look neat, straight, and level. This person enjoys removing the old, and installing the new. In this role, you also need to be able to do cleanings and tune-ups as filler work (unless you only want part-time work) and would be willing to learn basic troubleshooting skills along the way. Primarily, this person is someone who loves planning out things and takes pride in how the details look of the finished job. It also helps if you are physically strong and well built for this job. Doing a great installation job feels like an art to you, like creating a puzzle and putting it all together to make a system that works and looks like a beautiful work of art...and you are good at it.
