Resident Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Position Summary
CNAs provide essential daily care that supports resident health, safety, comfort, and dignity. This hands-on role works closely with nursing staff to ensure individualized, high-quality care for each resident.
Schedule Options
- Day: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Night: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Every other weekend & holiday rotation required
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
- Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident condition changes
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident environments
- Communicate observations to nursing staff promptly

- Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures
- Experience preferred, but training available
- CNA certification or eligibility required per state guidelines
