S&I Exteriors is expanding our South Jersey sales team and looking for experienced roofing and restoration sales professionals who are ready to produce.
We're looking for people who already understand how to work with homeowners, inspect roofing and exterior systems, develop opportunities, present solutions, and close business.
$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Qualified candidates with relevant roofing/restoration sales experience may be eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
Eligibility and terms are discussed during the interview.

What You'll Do
- Develop business within your assigned South Jersey territory
- Generate opportunities through canvassing, referrals, networking, prospecting, and follow-up
- Meet directly with homeowners
- Perform residential roof and exterior inspections
- Identify storm-damage and retail opportunities
- Present roofing, siding, and gutter solutions
- Assist homeowners through the insurance-restoration process when applicable
- Close contracts
- Build and maintain your own sales pipeline
- Maintain customer and activity information in our CRM
- Coordinate with management and production throughout the project
Who We're Looking For
We're especially interested in candidates with experience in:
- Residential roofing sales
- Storm restoration
- Insurance restoration
- Roof inspections
- Working with homeowners and adjusters
- Exterior remodeling sales
- Roofing estimating
- Door-to-door roofing sales
- Self-generated home-improvement sales

Requirements
- Previous roofing, restoration, or relevant exterior sales experience
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable generating your own business
- Professional and dependable
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years
